This is a roundtable from the 2018 ArkPSA meeting at Arkansas State University; it represents the fifth annual roundtable on electoral changes in the state of Arkansas. In past years, the unique nature of Arkansas politics has been a consistent theme. In this year’s roundtable however, the panelists discuss whether Arkansas still stands out as being exceptional. The panel includes (from left to right in the video): Andrew Dowdle (UA), Jay Barth (Hendrix College), Karen Sebold (UA) and, Hal Bass (OBU). Bass starts off the panel (and we miss Dowdle’s introduction).
