Hotel Information – 51st Annual Meeting of the ArkPSA

The University of Arkansas – Monticello is pleased to welcome the Arkansas Political Science Association to campus for its 51st annual meeting on March 8-9th, 2024.

Hotel reservations and conference registrations:

The conference hotel for the conference is the Hampton Inn, 480 Hwy 425 North, Monticello, AR 71655.
To make a reservation, please call the hotel directly at (870) 367-6600, or book through the Hampton Inn site using APS in the “Group Code” field.
Group will be held until 02/23/2024. Guestrooms not confirmed at that time will be released and space will be subject to availability.
Billing Instructions Room charges will be posted to individual room on credit card provided by guest Cancellation Policy.
To avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room and tax; notice must be received no later than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Registration Information:

If one is included on the program, they will need to purchase a registration. This does not apply to presenters who have had to withdraw ahead of the conference.

We will not be able to accept cash. We will only take credit cards (via paypal) and checks. We will have both options available at on-site registration. Thank you in advance.

Waivers:

Applications for registration waivers are first come, first served, and are limited. Waiver requests need to be submitted to Dr. Chris Housenick at chousenick@atu.edu. Please have your application submitted no later than February 17, 2024.
